Her family struggled to make ends meet, and Aster had no voice in community decisions.<\/p>\n<h3>Transformation<\/h3>\n<p>In 2022, Aster joined ACEO&#8217;s Women&#8217;s Leadership Training Program. Over six months, she received training in leadership, public speaking, financial literacy, and advocacy. Initially hesitant, Aster gradually gained confidence and began participating in community meetings.<\/p>\n<h3>Achievements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Elected as vice-chair of her local kebele women&#8217;s association<\/li>\n<li>Started a small textile business employing 4 other women<\/li>\n<li>Advocated for girls&#8217; education in her community<\/li>\n<li>Family income increased by 300%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Impact<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;Before ACEO, I was invisible in my own community. Today, I lead meetings, make decisions, and help other women find their voice.
