The Beginning

Addaarroo Charitable Endowment Organization was founded in Guwnguwa, Ethiopia, with a vision to empower women and children through sustainable community initiatives. Started with small-scale women’s empowerment workshops.

First Achievement: Trained 50 women in basic entrepreneurship skills within the first year.

Launched our first children’s education program, focusing on early childhood development and school retention. Partnered with local schools in Oromia region to provide educational materials and infrastructure support.

Established partnerships with international NGOs and local government bodies. Expanded our reach to South Ethiopia region. Developed comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework.
